Terms of Service

Welcome to MillionMe! These Terms of Service govern your use of the MillionMe.co website and services. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

MillionMe is operated by MillionMe, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We provide a technology platform that enables creators to raise funds through micro-donations from supporters.

2. Using Our Platform

To use MillionMe, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines

3. How It Works

For Creators

You can create campaigns to raise money for your projects. You're responsible for using donations as described and following all laws, including tax obligations.

For Donors

Your donations are gifts—you won't receive goods, services, or equity in return. Donations are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to research campaigns before donating.

4. Fees

We charge a 5% platform fee on donations. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are handled by Stripe and may be covered by donors or creators.

5. Our Role

We're a technology platform, not a charity, bank, or investment advisor. We don't guarantee campaign success or verify all claims. We're not responsible for how creators use funds.

6. What's Not Allowed

You may not use our Platform for:

  • Fraud, scams, or misleading campaigns
  • Illegal activities or regulated securities
  • Hate speech, violence, or harmful content
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Anything that violates others' rights

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account anytime by contacting support@millionme.co.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. We're not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding $100 or what you paid us.

9. Disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
